A Pastel Pink Affair

Summer is around and the sun is going up. The days are becoming warmer and the nights are becoming shorter. Black is not the color of the season but Pastels are definitely the demand of the season. Pastel Pink is the most soothing color to be sported. This is not just for girls but even boys look dashing wearing shades of Pink. I have my new found love wearing Pinks all around. Pastel Pink is one of my favourite these days. The other shades of Pink that I adore are Baby Pink, Dusty Pink, Goldish Pink, but definitely not a hot pink this season. But yeah Hot Pink is a favourite when it comes to my lip color from Loreal.

Getting back to our clothes I am here to profess my love for Pastel Pink. Wore it to a family gathering and yeah everyone liked the color for sure. Its so light and so breezy a color that even you will love to wear it more often this Summer.

The flowy breezy skater dress in chiffon and a pastel shade of pink is a perfect compliment to each other during Summer Love. Plus added oomph is through the crotia net sleeves and neck. The flowery pattern in the net makes the dress more vibrant to be worn for Summers. This color and the dress not only is best for the season for its shade but also because it is so light it adds glow to the face and makes one look younger and charming.IMG_0401

Midi dresses, Midi skirts are the Fashion Call for the season. And yes this dress has the right length to be called a midi. It falls right on the knee and gives it a midi feel. The dress is flowy and has lots of skater pleats to it as well. It fits right at your waist and gives your waist a slim effect. The dress has almost every aspect of Fashion Needs for the season.

The dress does not require too much accessorizing. It needs to kept simple and minimalistic. Here I wore a cocktail ring with pearls and a diamond ring. Also a winged cuff from Forever21 adds much glamour to the look. A wrist watch in one arm is just sufficient. No necklace needs to be worn as the neckline of the dress is pretty enough.

Another element is the footwear. I wore a pair of suede brown pumps with the dress to give it another color. This shade of brown is perfectly matching with the pastel shade and is making it look all the more stunning.

The back of the dress is also similar to the front and has the similar neckline at the back as well. The heel height is about 5 inches and is tall enough to make the dress an outstanding affair. I have given the dress a gold and diamond silver touch both. This states that the color of the dress is best to compliment both at the same time. It is not necessary to wear either silver or gold. You can simply pull off both together with such a color.

To complete the look of my outfit I gave my hair a twisty messy curly effect. Messy is the new style call and curls always make you look sexy. Having straight hair I love to play with my hair and make waves. This is an easy DIY look and can be achieved by the help of tongs. Does not require much time and can be done in a span of 15 minutes provided the tongs is set at the right temperature for your hair type and is pre heated.

My Last element in this style was the ear cuff trend. This trend is here to stay for a long time and is inspired by my favourite fashionista Sonam Kapoor. She brought in this trend and this is an ode to her. However this ear cuff is not a glam one but a simple pearl danglers. This dress cannot carry off a glam ear cuff hence I resorted to it.

That was all about this look. I hope I have made you all fall in love with this Pastel Pink color as much as in love I am with this color.

Love Much
